Manchmal ist es hilfreich sich bewusst zu machen, dass alles in dir stattfindet. Dass du als Geistseele noch darüber hinaus existierst, weil du alles erschaffst. Auch das Universum selbst. Du kannst es nur wahrnehmen, weil es in dir lebt.
Wenn mir Menschen unangenehm begegnen oder ich vielleicht sogar Ängste habe, weil es staatliche oder sonstige Autoritäten sind, dann stelle ich mir vor, wo sie sich gerade in mir befinden und werde mir meiner Gefühle bewusst. Ich versorge den Bereich mit Liebe. Dann schaue ich, warum ich dieses Bild, diese Erfahrung hervorgerufen habe. Daraus kann ich erkennen, wie ich es verändern kann.
Manchmal braucht die Veränderung etwas Zeit, die Situationen kommen wieder, doch jedesmal gesellt sich eine neue Erkenntnis dazu. Bis ich mich ganz und gar im Gegenüber erkenne und souverän aus mir selbst (re-)agieren kann.

Sometimes it is helpful to realise that everything takes place within you. That you as a spirit soul exist even beyond that, because you create everything. Even the universe itself. You can only perceive it because it lives within you.
When I encounter unpleasant people or perhaps even have fears because they are governmental or other authorities, I imagine where they are in me and become aware of my feelings. I provide the area with love. Then I look at why I have evoked this image, this experience. From this I can recognise how I can change it.
Sometimes the change takes some time, the situations come back, but each time a new realisation is added. Until I recognise myself completely in the other person and can (re-)act confidently from within myself.
